Roll of Honor - Ardennes (Battle of the Bulge)

The Ardennes proved to be the most difficult resupply operation flown by the Ixth Troop Carrier Command. There was no training for this operation and everything was planned on short notice.

Strong German forces with anti-aircraft untis made this a dangerous operation for the unarmed and unarmoured Troop Carrier units.
